History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature kukri.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and tends to wear a grey poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His hair is long and silver with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. He has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Thradal was born with his father's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with tan colored cloaks and clothing. His tied-back hair is golden. His violet eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he desires power and/or immortality
