Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and wears a brown vest and prefers green and yellow shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He wears his brown hair up in a very large beehive style do. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

He prefers to carry a dagger, but if one is not available he will default to his scythe, and his gloved hand is found clutching a scythe. His chestnut hair is still thick. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He uses divination through singing.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tiefling companion (his 'brother'). As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Barkeep and was forced into it by his family; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: He was born in a small island village. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he is content

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He wears his auburn hair down. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Seamstress hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north.
