History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and someone believes him a fraud
