History: Born in the west to a Gardener, Veit learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Veit was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Thakrak was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
