Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears baggy brown pantaloons and a yellow scarf. His hair is cut close to his head. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Simon was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His chestnut hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. He has a dull look in his gold eyes.
Personality: This man loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and retire the richest man in the east

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: He comes from a rich southern family. Through the years after Conrad was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Conrad's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He has dyed his greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.
History: Nalral hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nalral fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others.
