He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Burto was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
