Description: An older man who is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Bellfounder, he is not a threatening figure. He has moderate length silver crest. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. A true patriot, Fax would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Fax took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up sai and armor he uses now. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Through the years after Dabbledob was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east.
