History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Carter father left him crippled. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'10" when asserting himself. He sports a long red beard, and similarly colored long hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born in a small plains village. His first spouse was a Fisher, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
