Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Shifting was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Shifting decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
