Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

History: Nicor was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Apothecary, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
