History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He then took over the family business and is one of the better Marshal for hire.

Description: He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His white hair is smooth and relatively long. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy auburn stubble. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep tan leather and dull pastel iron scale mail. He has a hunchback. His hair is long and auburn with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he dresses in grey turtlenecks beneath a black coat with white slacks. His red hair is smooth and relatively long. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady amber eyes.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 1. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Farmer. He has worked as a Farmer like his mother before him.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
