He did whatever it took for him to survive. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Barakas is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Barakas grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He worked as a nervous Dyer and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Dyer for hire.

History: Born to a Shoemaker, his father struggled to pay the bills. At a young age his father died while driving off some dire rats. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in sai use. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Pandjed was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
