History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is wearing a long, yellow cloak. His chestnut hair and beard is wavy and long. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Shepherd arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Gerard has worked very hard to control his curse. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He worked as a nervous Architect and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Architect for hire.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
