Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Adventurer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Banker, and he later adopted a second son.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting orcs, the young Roland began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
