History: Zephan was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: He is a Slaad in disguise. His first spouse was a Sellsword, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
