History: Aldous hails from a village terrorized by drow. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Namfoodle embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Namfoodle and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Emerald was born the youngest of three triplets. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Gifted from a young age, Whurbin studied abroad. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Priest and was forced into it by his family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
