History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. After a long history of fighting, Rimple and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Simon grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by vampirism.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new sailor responsibilities is difficult
