History: The child of a Bowyer, who enjoyed hunting, Quarion was taken on many hunting expeditions. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sickle.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and a strong sense of loyalty to elven people
