History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: He was born into a rich family. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Varis has worked very hard to control his curse. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Sage. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sage for hire.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Hugh isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hugh grew up listening to his father's many stories. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Elven artifacts is his passion; and to reunite with his old friends
