Personality: He is fixated on the number 24. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Bertram was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Jocelyn was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After a long history of fighting, Jocelyn and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. A gifted student he started as a Mason, but he got bored and became a Animal Trainer. He struck the Animal Trainer job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and obtaining odd cultural dwarven artifacts is his passion

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
