Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Rhogar was born the youngest of three triplets. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the south were limited. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Crown-heir they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Farmer, and he later adopted a second daughter.
