Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. River grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did River. Being a Healer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Born in the south to a Carter, Norûk learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mortician they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Carter, and he later adopted a second son.
