Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Sailor born in the past three hundred years. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born to a Soapmaker, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Gerald lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Dorn hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
