Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Priest who has hired him part-time. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Ûgakûga was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members.
