Description: This man stands a little under 4'7" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Paelias lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a simple grey robe with blue stripes complete with hood. He wears his black hair up in a very large beehive style do. He has brown eyes and a grey hat with a blue feather.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Corkitron embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. At a young age his mother died while driving off some illithids. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in longbow use. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Corkitron was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 3 years.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears a fancy green suit. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. He has a dull look in his red eyes.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was born in a small desert village. Melech liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
