Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Laborer born in the past three hundred years. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Adelard hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. At a young age his father died while driving off some gnolls. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in longbow use. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Delebean was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Mormo alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
