During his travels, Cask and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Cask discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Cask fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: The child of a Gardener, who enjoyed hunting, Thradal was taken on many hunting expeditions. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the south were limited. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
