He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Baradad was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. After a long history of fighting, Baradad and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Butcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Scribe. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he would like to get married and retire
