When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He struck the Mortician job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and retire the richest man in the north

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Through the years after John was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. John's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and many drow want him driven away

Personality: He is fixated on the number 72. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Miner work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miner work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
