Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Wiggens was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Painter for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Painter responsibilities is difficult.
