Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. After coming to the age of reason, Halander took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. History: He got into the Bather business at a young age. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dragonborn companion (his 'brother'). He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
