Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He very much looks the part of a Navigator. His chestnut hair, when down, is lengthy. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Navigator who has hired him part-time. A true patriot, Watson would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His childhood dream was to be a Spice Merchant, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Navigator for hire.
Motivation: Wants a kiss; and he wants to get laid

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a simple tan robe with white stripes complete with hood. His black hair is matted, messy, and big. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He was born in a small plains village. Thoradin abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He is renowned for his bright green suits and hats. His chestnut hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Painter profession.
History: Thamuz was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bricklayer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Born to a Armorer, his father struggled to pay the bills. His childhood dream was to be a Armorer, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Laborer for hire.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
