Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Manfred hails from a village terrorized by drow. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sellsword hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many drow want him driven away.
