His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born to a Layabout, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Gifted from a young age, Ernest studied abroad. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His bronze crest is long and unkept. His gold eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed brown hat.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
