History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the north were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. The war was a terrible time for him, and Harbek does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When Harbek reached his early adolescence his Dwarf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has never given up on his poetry dream.
