History: Born in the north to a Mayor, Mogg learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. He has achieved small success as a Mayor.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the east were limited. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Born in the east to a Cook, Ûkrom learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Cook work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cook work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new cook responsibilities is difficult
