Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears suspenders and yellow workpants. His shirt is green, and he wears a heavy yellow leather apron most of the time. His golden hair is singed and shortened. His eyes are amber and catlike.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Apothecary for hire.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: Guy was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Guy alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He became a Body Guard soon after.
Motivation: He wants revenge against drow; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

Description: He very much looks the part of a Mayor. He sports a flattop hair cut. He has a dull look in his gold eyes.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Andram is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Andram alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Gnomes. His skin is light but he possesses many black ritualistic tattoos. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He sports a long red beard, and similarly colored long hair. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Frouse enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Frouse took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor he uses now. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Gnomish people; and expand his business

Description: He wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a crossbow, but if one is not available he will default to his club. He is bald on top and has large white tufts of hair around his ears. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
