Description: An older man who is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest, he is not a threatening figure. He has a chestnut handlebar mustache and slicked back chestnut hair. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. Theriatis enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Theriatis was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fortune-teller they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Layabout, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Ombul and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: Aldous was born with his mother's beautiful face. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ruler. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it
