History: Shifting lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Aelar grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
