Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Jeweler kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Gnomish culture. Fonkin is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
