Personality: River speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Mayor business.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He became a Crown-heir soon after.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
