History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He's also a talented Dilettante, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He got into the Courier business at a young age. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has worked as a Courier like his father before him.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after Nalral was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Nalral's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Elves.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
