He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Altho was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Altho alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Raymond abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he very much looks the part of a Ruler. With a patchy blonde beard and wild blonde hair. His eyes are a pleasant amber.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers.
