Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Personality: He is fixated on the number 15. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Rivaan lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Rivaan was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Hunter. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
