History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Soveliss was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Soveliss grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Soveliss. History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: Emerald wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Adept, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.
