Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Akmen was born with his father's beautiful face. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Shoemaker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He worked as a nervous Shoemaker and found it very stressful. He now owns his own business.
