He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Burto was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
