History: Gormogord hails from a village terrorized by goblins. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born in the east to a Layabout, Norman learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Beggar, but he got bored and became a Layabout. He's also a talented Beggar, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and many giants want him driven away

History: He comes from a rich western family. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the west were limited. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
