History: Faran was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

History: Adran was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: The child of a Soapmaker, who enjoyed hunting, Reirak was taken on many hunting expeditions. Reirak liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. After a long history of fighting, Reirak and his spouse have recently divorced.
