Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Bucklal was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Bucklal decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
